Wellness and Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)

WRAP is a programme that can help you take control of your own   mental health and recovery.

It recognises that you are the expert in your own experience and there are no limits to recovery.  It is based on 5 key concepts: hope, personal responsibility, support, self advocacy and education.

WRAP is about you and for you and can involve working with your friends and family. Through WRAP you will be taking control of your own wellness and planning for your recovery.

Workshops are not classes, but groups where everyone has an equal voice.  In workshops we talk about wellness and recovery not illness, and your facilitators share parts of their journey of recovery in a positive way.

Who can attend?

Anyone interested in taking control of their wellness and planning for their recovery.  These workshops will help you learn how to complete your own WRAP, not anyone else’s.
